"The bakes and saltfish and smoked herring is an A+ here! Tasted sooo good! They give generous portions and the sweet lady (forgot her name) who served us today was extremely personable & kind. Parking is tight in the area & they only take cash, so keep that in mind! Prices were extremely reasonable."

"This was my first time visiting the restaurant yesterday 1/15/24. I wanted some bake and saltfish. I ended up getting that, herring and bake and a roti. I was quite pleased with the portion and the price is reasonable. I'll definitely be back. Please stay consistent."

"I have been going here for many years. I love their food. Caribbean, Guyanese, cuisine with a variety of Yummy selections. Curries, oxtail, goat, roti, dahl puri, soups and stews just to name a few. Maggie and the rest of the staff are just amazing."

"LET ME TELL YOU. I had a wedding in August for labor day weekend. I did not pick an expansive wedding venue because they don't allow outside food. Cultural food is very important for my wedding. A&G made my decision to pick a BYO venue worth it. People still talk about how delicious the food was. 21 pans of food was served and everything was eaten. 10/10 recommend"

"This is a Guyana shop. So no Jamaican food or beef patty. However, the curry is good and the Guyanese style beef patty is good too. It is first come first served so if you see a line be ready to wait. I would say know what you want beforehand because when you get to the front of the line you can feel the pressure. They do take cards now so that is a plus."

"OMG.. Been going here for well over 15 years. The best carribean and international dishes I've tried. In my opinion better than Golden Krust. Yes I said better. The prices are great and you feed your whole family from this place and they are not stingy with the food breakfast, lunch or dinner. My favorite is the oxtails nice and tender and juicy just how I like it they carry small or large at a reasonable price."

"I love this place. The food is always hot and fresh. Every time I have come to this restaurant I was pleased with the food served. The part that keeps me coming back is not just the food. One morning, I got there at the time of opening. There was a woman praying and she would not open that door til she finished her prayer. Then she proceeded to wipe the place down with Florida. I am not Christian but, I respect that highly. This restaurant is also extremely clean. No matter what time I come into this restaurant, it is always clean. Always. It is best to come when you are not in a rush."
